With over 15 years’ experience and deep local knowledge of Mallorca, I make the planning feel clear and manageable. You will always know what is happening, what is next, and that everything is under control.
Whether you are planning an intimate finca wedding or a larger celebration with more guests and more moving parts, the approach is the same: thoughtful planning, careful organisation and a wedding that feels completely like you.
3-Month Wedding Coordination
For couples who have done the planning and are ready to hand it over.
Many coordination services only step in during the final few weeks before the wedding. In my experience, that can be too late.
If something needs changing, a supplier is missing, timings do not quite work or an important detail has been overlooked, a couple of weeks does not always leave enough time to fix it properly without creating unnecessary stress.
That is why I begin around three months before your wedding.
I take the time to review everything you have arranged, look at the day as a whole, identify any gaps and make sure the practical side of the wedding really works. From there, I take over supplier communication, build the final timeline and bring all the moving parts together.
By the time the wedding arrives, the aim is that you are no longer managing the logistics — you can simply enjoy it.
As professional celebrants, we create bespoke ceremonies that feel warm, natural and completely reflective of your story — never scripted, never generic.
If we are planning your wedding, we can also lead your ceremony, ensuring everything feels cohesive from start to finish.
If you already have a planner but are looking for a celebrant in Mallorca, we’re also available for standalone ceremonies.
Sometimes couples begin with the ceremony and later decide they would like support with the planning. That is absolutely fine. We can grow the support around you as needed.
Ceremony and Celebrant Services
For couples who want something personal and meaningful at the heart of their day.
Full Wedding Planning is for couples who want support from the beginning, including venue search, supplier sourcing, budgets, design, logistics and wedding-day coordination. Three-Month Coordination is designed for couples who have already planned and booked the main elements of their wedding and want an experienced professional to take over in the final months and bring everything together.
What is the difference between Full Wedding Planning and 3-Month Coordination?
Absolutely. Many couples begin with the Venue Discovery & Tour because finding the right venue is their first priority. If you then decide to continue with Full Wedding Planning, the €750 venue discovery fee is deducted from your planning fee.
Can we start with the Venue Discovery & Tour and decide on full planning later?
Not at all. I love weddings that feel personal, warm and connected, but that does not have to mean a small guest list. I am equally comfortable planning larger celebrations with more guests, suppliers and logistics. For me, intimacy is about the atmosphere and experience, not a particular number.
Do you only plan small or intimate weddings?
Frequently Asked Questions
No. I never add commission or mark-ups to supplier quotes, and my recommendations are never influenced by commission. I recommend suppliers because I believe they are the right fit for your wedding, your style and your budget.
Why does your coordination service start three months before the wedding?
Because in my experience, a couple of weeks is often not enough. If something is missing, timings need changing or a supplier issue needs resolving, having three months gives us time to deal with it properly without unnecessary last-minute stress.
Do you work with particular suppliers?
I have a lovely network of trusted suppliers in Mallorca, built up over many years, but you are absolutely not tied to using them. If you have found someone you love, that is completely fine too.
I just need to be able to liaise with them directly and have their pricing clearly included in the overall budget, so I can keep everything organised and make sure all the different parts of the wedding work together

How far in advance should we start planning?
Around 12–18 months is ideal, but there is no fixed rule. If Mallorca is a serious option, it is worth talking before you book your venue, as that decision shapes everything else.
